Owner. Founder
Being an entrepreneur has always been my passion! One of my biggest goals in life, is to be able to help other moms have more time with their families by taking a little off of their stress load. I’m so blessed I’ve been able to combine those two things to build M&D! In my spare time, I love taking trips with my family, taking lots of photos, and all things true crime!
Diane Spraggins
Founder
I had been a hair dresser for 30 years when we decided to start this journey together as entrepreneurs! Almost 6 years ago now we took a huge leap of faith and started M&D. We are still going strong serving families all over the east Texas area! I have loved being able to meet, and work with so many new people along the way! In my free time I enjoy working on crafts and spending time with my family and grandkids!
Sofia Rodriguez
Quality Control Manager
Sofia has been with us for about a year now also! She has an amazing work ethic and pays great attention to detail! She works extra hard to insure all of our jobs meet our companies high standards of excellence! In her spare time she enjoys cooking meals for her family and having get togethers with good friends!
Elise Younger
Marketing Director / Training Coordinator
Elise has been with us for almost a year now! She does both residential and commercial, as well as helping with training and marketing! In her free time she stays busy shopping and going on adventures with her fiancé! They plan to get married this upcoming February! She is a big family person, and loves to find new and exciting things to do with close friends and family!
Lidia Duran
HR / Office Manager
Lidia is one of our newest team members! She has great attention to detail and loves making things look clean and neat! She has been married to her husband for ten years and they have five amazing kids! In her free time she loves spending time with her Husband and her kids!
Josie Fox
Marketing Ads Creator
Josie Fox is from East Texas and found her love for graphic design while working for a local newspaper. Along with the marketing for M&D Cleaning, she is also the VP of Programs for the Cherokee Civic Theatre in Rusk and is responsible for designing their posters, advertisements, and programs.
Jose Lazoya
Commercial Team Lead
I enjoy watching boxing and am a big fan of Canelo Álvarez. I also follow the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Mavericks. Spending time with family and friends is very important to me, and my partner and I especially enjoy going out dancing together.
Mike, Jeremy & Tanner
Our Backup
These three guys are seriously the back bone of the business! When we need help carrying something, a ladder, tools, we can’t reach it or a vacuum is broken, they show up to save the day! They help wash towels, service equipment, load supplies, keep our cars clean! They even will fill in if we’re short handed! We’re so grateful to have these guys as our “Backup”
Anytime we need backup, these guys come running!
